About Us
United National Student Leadership Association (UNSLA) was founded embracing the vision of empowering student leadership and conducting academic research in many areas. UNSLA was founded by three (3) brothers; Seungun Myung, David Myung, and Andrew Myung who saw how low-income students with financially disadvantaged backgrounds give up interest in science or have difficulty jumping into the vast world of science as they are academically unprepared by lack of academic resources or support.
Two brother co-founders, David and Andrew, envisioned an opportunity of learning how to conduct research to students who care about positive impact in our society reach to their academic potential. These two brother co-founders raised awareness of the importance of doing research by reaching out to community leaders, local business partners, and state government leaders. Through UNSLA’s GLR (Global Leadership Research) research program and GLR-AI (Global Leadership Research) research program, students are offered an opportunity to learn how to perform research from concentration of STEM areas through the Humanities and Social Sciences by equipping student leaders with evidence of scholarship, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills needed today. We are truly excited as we continue to share our vision come true with the hope of helping and expanding student leaders become impact setters and contributors of our society and community.
